Casa Caleta seafront estate, Ibiza, with infinity pool

Inside Casa Caleta: Ibiza's 13-Bedroom Seafront Estate

·5 min read·Aurelius Society

Casa Caleta is the largest house in our collection. Three connected buildings spread across a five-hectare estate, direct access to a private cove, two infinity pools, room for eighty guests for daytime events and thirteen bedrooms — seventeen bathrooms — for the overnights. It is the closest thing on the island to a private hotel you can charter for a week.

We've walked it. Twice. Here's what the photos don't show.

The buildings

The estate is built around three structures connected by stone paths and outdoor terraces. The main house has six bedrooms upstairs, the industrial kitchens and the main salon below. The second building holds five guest bedrooms and the private club — a soundproofed room with a bar and a full DJ booth. The third is the staff quarters, gym, and entertainment room, with two more bedrooms for senior guests or staff overflow.

Total: thirteen bedrooms, seventeen baths, four kitchens (two of them commercial), parking for twenty cars, and outdoor dining set up for sixty.

The grounds

The two infinity pools sit on different terraces with different orientations — one east for morning swims, one west for sunset. A Balinese day-bed pavilion. A massage hut tucked into the cliff. A full outdoor bar. The garden runs down to a private path with stairs cut into the rock leading to a small swim platform — your own access to the sea, no boat needed.

The estate is registered as a private events licence for daytime gatherings of up to eighty guests. For larger or louder events, the house works with the local authorities to extend permission; we'll handle that paperwork for you.

The staff

The Casa Caleta team is in the house full-time, eight hours a day, except Sundays. That covers cooking, cleaning, grocery runs, pool and garden maintenance, and night security. For weddings, retreats or events, additional staff is brought in on day-rate.

A house concierge — separate from the cooking staff — handles everything off-property: restaurant tables, yacht charter from our fleet, helicopter transfers from Palma, private chefs for tasting menus, beach club cabanas. One point of contact. One bill at the end.

The week it's built for

Casa Caleta isn't a holiday rental. It's built for the kind of week that's really six events with the same group: a welcome dinner for sixty, a day at sea on the 115ft Benetti or Dark Knight, a Sunday lunch, a Wednesday-night club night in the private room downstairs, a Friday wedding ceremony on the lower terrace.

For sixty-plus guests over a weekend, this is the only house on the island that actually works.

What it isn't

Casa Caleta isn't close to Ibiza Town — it's a fifteen-minute drive. It isn't the right answer for groups of four. The estate rewards scale; for smaller parties of eight to ten, Villa Sea & Breathe or Can Furnet 2 are better-built for the dynamic.

How to view it

We arrange site visits between September and May, when the house is quiet. WhatsApp +41 79 285 79 79 or open the full Casa Caleta listing for the gallery, floor counts and an enquiry form.
