The 2026 Guide to Renting a Luxury Villa in Ibiza
Direct answer
Aurelius Society manages four villas in Ibiza in 2026: Casa Caleta (13 bedrooms, sleeps 80, seafront estate), Villa Sea & Breathe (8 bedrooms, panoramic), Can Furnet 2 (6 bedrooms, modern), Villa Sant Jordi (5+2 bedrooms, country house). All include live-in staff, concierge and yacht-villa combination booking through the same office.
The Ibiza villa market is wider than the postcards suggest. Below are the four houses we manage directly, with the brief that fits each one and the full rundown of what comes with the keys.
1. Casa Caleta — the seafront estate
13 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, three buildings on a five-hectare private estate with direct sea access. Two infinity pools, a Balinese day-bed pavilion, a soundproofed private club room, and an outdoor dining set-up for sixty. Casa Caleta is built for the week that's really six events with the same group — the only house on the island that genuinely scales to 80 daytime guests without a permit lift.
See the full walk-through in our Inside Casa Caleta editorial or the Casa Caleta listing page.
2. Villa Sea & Breathe — panoramic
Eight ensuite bedrooms, infinity pool with sea view, cinema room, indoor club, tennis and padel courts. The Bedouin tent at the back doubles as a yoga or retreat space. Right for groups of 14–16 who want a stable land base with active programming options between yacht days.
3. Can Furnet 2 — modern
Six bedrooms, refurbished 2021, ten minutes by car to Talamanca and Ibiza Town. Heated pool, sea-view Jacuzzi, a four-metre dining table cut from a single piece of wood. The format that works for 14 guests who'd rather host meals at home than book the same tables every night.
4. Villa Sant Jordi — country house
Five bedrooms in the main house plus a two-bedroom guest house. Renovated 2023, three minutes from the airport. Stone oven, underfloor heating, designer kitchen. The right scale for two families travelling together with grandparents.
What comes with every villa
- Daily housekeeping (typically 2 hours)
- Welcome provisioning (water, fruit, basics in the fridge)
- Pool and garden service
- End-of-stay deep clean
- House concierge for restaurants, transfers, yacht charter, events
- 24/7 contact line through the Aurelius office
The larger estates (Casa Caleta, Villa Sea & Breathe) add live-in cooks and night security as standard. See our piece on what villa staff actually do for the breakdown.
Combining a villa with a yacht charter
Many of our most refined weeks combine both — a villa as the land base, day charters from our 25-yacht fleet for Formentera and the north coast. Read the full case in villa vs yacht (or both).
