Inside Lady KC: The 30m Maiora 99 — By Introduction

Lady KC is a 30-metre Maiora 99 — Italian-built, owner-operated, and not on any public charter index. We work her by introduction: existing members, repeat guests, references. The boat is rarely empty in July and August, but the calendar reads differently to the published market.

The layout

Master amidships (full beam), VIP forward, three guest cabins. Sleeps ten. Crew of four with their own quarters astern. The main deck is configured as a single open space: salon, dining for twelve, cockpit lounge. Flybridge is shaded dining plus a sun-pad lounge forward.

What sets her apart

Lady KC is set up for guests who care more about quiet than about decibels. The sound system is Sonos house-wide; the toys are kept minimal (one tender, paddleboards, no jet skis stored on deck); the chef rotation is a Michelin-trained Spanish cook the owners have worked with for nine years. The boat reads as a hotel suite at sea, not a club at sea.

How she charters

Weekly only. Day charters not offered. Minimum three-night booking; standard contracts five to ten nights. Rate is provided privately to qualified enquirers; APA structure is standard 25 – 30 %.
