The office books and coordinates yacht charter (54 yachts across Ibiza, Marbella, Dubai, Miami), private aviation (13 aircraft flown globally), villa rental (4 in Ibiza plus vetted partner network), and the full supporting cast — private chefs, security teams, helicopter transfers, restaurant reservations, beach-club cabanas, art-fair access, family nannies. Sushi master, paella chef, or a tasting menu by a Michelin-trained head. Provisioned for the yacht, the villa, or both — your dietary brief, our chef rotation.

Helicopter transfers
Marina-to-runway, mainland-to-yacht, mainland-to-villa. Single-point coordination with Swiss, French, Spanish, Italian, Greek and Middle Eastern operators.

Boat, villa, or both — fresh, dry, fish, fruit, flowers, dairy. Cellar advisory: case selections, on-board cellar pairings, allocations from Provence, Tuscany, Mosel, Champagne.

Art advisory
Art Basel, Frieze, Tefaf — booth access, dealer introductions, advisor accompaniment, post-fair visits to studio and storage. Acquisition vetting via independent advisors only.

Resident or touring DJs from Ibiza, Mykonos, Saint-Tropez, Dubai. Acoustic acts, string quartets, jazz trios for the dinner — bonded, soundchecked, on time.

How the office handles it

Brief
A WhatsApp or email lays out the trip — dates, party, the one or two things that must be perfect. Reply within the hour during office hours (09–23 CET).

Curate
Three options across the asset class that matters most (yacht, villa, jet), the right chef, the table that will matter, the helicopter window. Owner-direct rates where the fleet is ours; transparent partner sourcing where it isn't.

Confirm
Single estimate, single contract where required, single itemised invoice at the close. NDAs in place by default with every supplier the office introduces.
- 4
Run
One contact through the trip. The office is on WhatsApp 09–23 CET; after-hours emergencies via the on-call line. You don't coordinate between vendors — we do.
