Best Areas to Rent a Villa in Ibiza

Ibiza is small but the villa landscape splits cleanly by region. Where you base for the week shapes which day routes are easy and which restaurants you actually reach.

Talamanca + Roca Llisa

Five minutes by car to Marina Botafoc, ten to Ibiza Old Town. Roca Llisa is a gated golf community — security, privacy, large plots. Talamanca is the more social side with hotel-adjacent restaurants. The right pick for clients who want a quiet base with very fast access to the marina, restaurants and nightlife. Es Cubells + Cala d'Hort

South coast cliff villas with dramatic Es Vedrà views. Casa Caleta sits on this coast — direct sea access, sunset-facing, the best photographs of Ibiza. Quieter than Talamanca but a 25-minute drive to town. The right pick when the brief is sunset, drama, privacy.

Cala Conta + Sant Antoni hills

West coast — closest to Sant Antoni for the late-afternoon sunset bars (Café del Mar, Mambo). Beach clubs at Cala Bassa and Cala Conta itself. Slightly further from Old Town nightlife. Right for clients drawn to the beach-club scene more than the Old Town.

Sant Jordi + airport adjacent

Countryside but only minutes from the airport. Practical for guests arriving and departing on short notice — no two-hour end-of-week transfer drives. The format favours lower-key weeks where convenience matters more than dramatic setting. Villa Sant Jordi sits here.

Santa Eulària + north coast

The quieter coast. Restaurants at Sa Punta and Cala Bonita. Marina Santa Eulària puts you 20 minutes closer to Tagomago, the north coast caves and the underrated Cala Mastella anchorage by yacht. Right for clients prioritising calmer mornings and easier yacht days to the north.
