Inside Casa Vella: 14-Bedroom Cap Martinet Estate

Casa Vella is an Ibicencan estate above Cap Martinet — three connected stone buildings on a single landscaped plot, fourteen ensuite bedrooms across the three, three separate pools (one for each building), and a single living-and-dining wing in the central pavilion. The estate is the largest single rental in our Cap Martinet inventory and works almost exclusively for multi-family weeks.

The three houses

The main house (6 bedrooms)

Living, dining and kitchen wings, master suite with private terrace, five guest rooms. The largest pool (50m) sits outside the dining terrace.

The east wing (4 bedrooms)

Connected by a stone path; private garden and 25m pool. Often booked by one branch of the family or by the older generation.

The west wing (4 bedrooms)

Smaller third pool, garden-facing terrace. The kids' wing on family weeks; the "rest" wing on group celebrations.

The staff

Live-in head housekeeper, two cooks (one in each kitchen — east wing and main), three additional housekeepers, gardener, pool engineer, night security. Standard team for Casa Vella runs nine staff continuously during occupancy.

Multi-family weeks of fourteen to twenty-eight guests; milestone celebrations (50th birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions); reduced-frequency weddings (the estate carries a registered events licence for up to 80 daytime guests).
