Direct answer

Tenders are under 14m, day-only, fast. Sport boats are 14–20m, mid-size, 1–2 cabins. Flybridges are 20–28m, full living deck, 3–4 cabins. Superyachts are 28m+, full crew, 4+ cabins. The comparison below shows one example from each tier.

The category decides 80% of the experience. The specific hull decides the remaining 20%. Below is one representative yacht from each of the four tiers, with the spec sheet for instant comparison.

How to read the table

The first two columns (Bolero III, Neve) are day boats — no cabins for sleeping at sea. Make My Day adds three cabins and a chef on weekly bookings. Friendship is a different conversation entirely: full crew, dedicated chef, master suite, multi-day passages comfortably.

The price step-up

  • Tender / RIB: €1.5k–2.5k / day
  • Sport: €2.5k–4k / day
  • Mid flybridge: €4k–7k / day
  • Superyacht: €8k–15k+ / day
