Atmosphere

Casa Caleta feels like a private boutique hotel. Three buildings mean groups of friends naturally cluster — couples in the main house, singles in the second building, parents in the third. Two infinity pools mean two different sun-rhythms in the same day.

Villa Sea & Breathe is a single estate, so the dynamic stays tighter. Eight bedrooms cluster around the main living area; guests move through the same rhythm together. The cinema room, indoor club, tennis and padel courts make it more active — better for retreats and shorter, energetic weeks.

Setting

Casa Caleta has direct sea access via stairs cut into the cliff. Two infinity pools, a Balinese day-bed pavilion, a private massage hut. The view is south over the open Mediterranean.

Villa Sea & Breathe sits higher up, with a single infinity pool and a panoramic view over Ibiza's south coast. No direct sea access; sea time happens via day charter from the marina.

What each is built for

• Casa Caleta: milestone celebrations (40th, 50th birthdays, anniversaries), weddings of 60–80, multi-family vacations, corporate retreats with scale. The week that's six events with the same group.
