Ibiza Villa Tennis & Padel Weeks: The Court Inventory
Skip ahead — the office handles the rest
A villa with a private tennis or padel court is a short shortlist in Ibiza. Maybe fifteen of our ninety-eight properties carry one, and only six of those carry a court the office would book a teaching pro to. Below is the honest inventory and how a tennis week works.
The court inventory
Full-size tennis (hard or clay)
- Can Moli — clay court, 11-bedroom estate, west coast
- Casa Vella — hard court, 14-bedroom Cap Martinet estate
- Villa Roca 8 km4 — hard court, modern build
Padel courts
- Several mid-size estates carry padel — typically installed in the last 3 years as the sport gained popularity in Spain
- Standard size (10×20m), glass walls, mesh roof
Multi-sport (basketball / tennis switch)
- A handful of contemporary villas have multi-line courts — usable as tennis, basketball or padel depending on the net configuration
The teaching pro
Ibiza has a small but capable pool of teaching pros — we work with three: one ATP-300 ranked retired player based in Santa Eulària, one Spanish coaching academy pro who travels in for residencies, one padel specialist out of Madrid. €120 – €180 per hour; usually booked in 2-hour blocks twice daily.
The week shape
07:30 – 09:30 morning lesson before the heat. Pool / breakfast / day. 17:00 – 19:00 second lesson before the evening cools. Guests on a serious-tennis week fit 14 hours of court time across the week without burning out.
The serious clients
Most genuine-tennis villa weeks come from a small group: families with juniors in ITF events, retired pros who play to maintain, executives with competitive padel circles. The office matches the property and the pro to the group — brief us at quote time.
