Villa Blanca is an eight-bedroom modernist property on Cap Martinet — the headland north of Talamanca that looks across to Dalt Vila and the Marina Botafoc basin. The villa was built in 2018 by a Madrid architecture office that has worked on private residences from Punta del Este to the Côte d'Azur, and it reads accordingly: pure white stone, full-height glass, a sea-line infinity pool that mirrors the Mediterranean two hundred metres beyond.

The view

From the pool deck: Talamanca bay to the south, Dalt Vila skyline to the west, Tagomago island and the north coast in the long view. Sunset light hits the pool deck from 18:30 to 20:45 in July.

Birthdays, anniversaries, milestone weeks for parties of twelve to sixteen. Cap Martinet location places guests inside walking distance of the Marina Botafoc restaurant strip. Wrong brief: a quiet country week (the property reads as urban, not rural).
