Pura Playa is a clifftop villa in Es Cubells — eight ensuite bedrooms, glass walls along the entire west elevation, an infinity pool that frames the Mediterranean for the entire sunset. The site is on a cliff above one of Ibiza's last open coast stretches: no neighbour to the south, no road noise, two hundred metres of private path down to a small swim cove.

What you see from the pool

The pool sits at the cliff edge. Looking west: open Mediterranean, Es Vedrà silhouette on a clear evening, the line of yachts coming home from Formentera. Looking south: untouched cliff. No other property in any direction visible from the pool deck.

Couples or families of twelve to sixteen on a quiet week — wellness emphasis, sunsets at home, day-charter yachts from Sant Josep marina (eight minutes). Wrong brief: a large daytime event (the cliffside design doesn't scale to 50+ guests without permit challenges).
