The architecture

Three terraced floors carved into the hillside. The living areas occupy the upper level, with floor-to- ceiling glass on the south and west elevations and a covered porch wrapping the pool deck. Bedrooms are stacked on the middle and lower floors with private terraces. Materials are minimal: polished concrete floors, lime-washed walls, walnut and travertine accents.

For groups of twelve to sixteen who want a base for the entire week and travel out by yacht. The location is twenty minutes from Ibiza Town, fifteen from Cala Jondal, and ten from the marina at Sant Josep — close enough to be useful but distant enough to be quiet.
